Return and Cancellation

Rushpick.com believes in helping its guests/customers to the best extent possible, and has therefore a mutually relaxing policy.

Returns cannot be accepted for the orders delivered and accepted by the customer and hence cannot be refunded. In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact us at support@rushpick.com immediately within 24 hours of receipt of the item. Refund for goods is subject to inspection by the vendors of the product. We shall process a refund to the customer’s account within 1 week of receipt of the merchandise at the respective vendor’s location should the vendor approves such request.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that our marketing team has obtained on special occasions and festivals. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations and returns are not possible.

Products That Can’t Be Returned – The following table below shows a list of items that are not eligible for returns as per the seller’s Returns Policy:

Return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a condition that can be available for sale again with us with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition and sometimes unopened condition.

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or opened. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition while receiving the shipment, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and e-mail us at support@rushpick.com, mentioning the cause of non-acceptance with your order reference number. We shall take this up with utmost priority and arrange a replacement at the earliest.
